Buyer

End-user – legislative relations of Seller with this kind of Buyer, which aren’t modified by these shopping conditions, not even by individual contract, complies with law no. 40/1964 Sb.(Civil Code) and related regulations.

Business subject – legislative relations of Seller with this kind of Buyer, which aren’t modified by these shopping conditions, not even by individual contract, complies with law no. 513/1991 Sb. (Commercial Code) and related regulations. Business subject means each corporation and that individual person, who mentions IČ (Identity number) and/or DIČ (Tax Identity Number) on the tax certificate.

Price

Prices in Internet catalogue are always actual and valid. Seller reserves the right to change the price without express warning to a buyer.

Price changing in Internet catalogue doesn’t influence the price of the received order.

Communication

Telephone, fax or emails are mainly used for communication between Buyer and Seller.

Costs connected with using of distant communication facilities are paid by Buyer or Seller according to a sort of communication facility, valid conditions and tariffs of the communication facilities providers.

Product’s order

Buyer can order goods from the Seller’s product range individually, by phone, email, fax or through the Internet shop.

Received order get binding order for both sides in the moment of phone or email confirmation by the Seller. The seller uses contact information of Buyer for this confirmation.

If Buyer orders the goods and if there is no other agreement between Seller and Buyer, the current price in the Internet catalogue is valid for Buyer.

The order is considered to be executed at the moment of accepting goods by Buyer in the designated place or through the 3rd person.

Buyer can modify or cancel the order any time to the time of execution.

Seller has the right to cancel the order any time to the time of execution by reason of:

  • Without any reason
  • Goods is not available

Delivery time

Accurate delivery time, if the goods is in the store, or supposed delivery time, if the goods isn’t in the store, Buyer will know at the time of confirmation by Seller.

Payment conditions

Goods can be cash down by taking goods. Tax document is delivered with goods.

Buyer can cover goods through credit transfers to the Seller’s bank account based on advance document. Buyer receives tax document by goods receiving. Goods can be covered through leasing. Goods are holding of Seller to the total payment of goods.

Protection of personal data

The entire Buyer’s personal data are considered to be private and restricted. These data are safety stored on our protected servers and of course aren’t provided to third persons, except the external transport services, eventually financial institutions provided hire-purchase sale, and only then, if it is necessary for goods delivery to a client.

Change of saved personal data is possible after login of Buyer to the user’s section or based on telephone or email request of Buyer by Seller.

It is possible to delete all the stored personal data of Buyer from the database on telephone or email request of Buyer.

Information from Seller is stored according to valid laws of Czech Republic, especially to law about protection of personal data no. 101/2000 Sb.

Final provisions

Seller retains the right to change these Shopping conditions anytime. Seller proclaims this change and its efficiency on web sides or in other suited way.

These shopping conditions are valid since 8.11.2006.
